When placing your order for Magnetic products, please include the
following information:

*Your Company Name

*Quantity / Series Number / Size - of product being ordered.

*Full Physical Shipping Address – Fed-Ex / UPS can not deliver to a
PO Box.
  Orders with a PO Box only will be shipped via USPS.

*Customers Phone Number – Although not required for regular ground
shipping, it is suggested that the phone number be included as the carrier will
use this if further delivery information is required.

All Magnetic product orders are shipped via Fed-Ex Ground unless other
means are requested.

If you have placed your order via Email or Fax, you will receive a
confirmation of our receipt of that order by the same means.
