Baron Styles, Inc. is pleased to be able to serve your needs as vendor of our products.  We wish to thank all of our customers for providing feed-back on our lines.  We take pride in our work and our goal is to provide our customers with product that exceeds expectation.

All Baron Styles, Inc. products are guaranteed against defects in components and construction, under normal use, for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Since we do not have direct contact with your customer,

we will only accept return authorization requests from you. 

Returns are accepted under these conditions:

• An incorrect product was shipped to your customer.
• Your customer received a product with a manufacturing defect.
• Within 1 year of purchase, there is a condition of failed construction or components during normal use of product.

To return product to Baron Styles, Inc., please follow these simple instructions:

• Pack securely.
• Contact Baron Styles, Inc. for a Return Authorization Number and instructions.

All products returned will be repaired or replaced depending on damage incurred.  Baron Styles, Inc. will pay all shipping charges on incorrect product sent by us and manufacturing defect returns.  Shipping charges and fees incurred by sending Call Tags on incorrectly ordered product will be invoiced to you separately.  In these instances, copies of the pertinent currier billing are included with the invoice.
