  • What happens after I place my order?

    When you place your order via Email / Fax / Phone,
    you will receive confirmation by the same means. 
    Your order will be processed within 2 business days. 
    You will then receive a confirmation of shipping giving
    you the customer name, purchase order number and tracking number if available.

  • What are your office hours?

  • Is there a sales tax?

    Sales tax is charged for Wisconsin, U.S.A. residents only.

  • Can I wash my Magnetic products?

    Our products are Spot Clean only, then let it air dry.  Due to components used in the construction, machine washing will start to break the pad down.

  • How thick are the Magnetic Mattress Pads?

    We have several thicknesses of pads, check our Magnetic Mattress Pads page to see a list of available Magnetic Mattress Pad Series, and then choose by series number.

  • What size and shape are your magnets?

    We use only disc magnets.  Unlike all other shapes, discs create the purest, most efficient magnetic field, resulting in the most therapeutic value for our customers.  Magnetic lines of flux radiate in a curved shape.  In square, rectangular or triangular magnets, the curved flux lines are disrupted, thereby reducing the magnetic force.  These other shapes can be large, heavy magnets that look impressive but yield less magnetic force than an equal weight disc magnet. Using disc magnets allows us to make a lighter, stronger magnetic pad.  Through our construction, we keep the magnets as close to the body as possible for maximum performance and all magnets are orientated Bio-North facing the body.  We stock ¾” x ¼” and 1” x ¼” magnets.

  • What is a Magnetic Field?

    A magnetic field is the region in space where a magnetic force can be detected.  The magnetic field strength and direction can be measured in terms of strength and direction.

  • Are your magnets Unipolar or Bipolar?

    All of the magnets that we use are Unipole Bio-North.  A Bipolar magnet is a refrigerator magnet where the magnet has both north and south poles on each side.  Unipole magnets only have one pole per side.  One side is the North pole and one side is the South pole.  We place our magnets so the Bio-North side is against the body.

  • What is Gauss?

    The term Gauss refers to the strength of the material the magnet was made of. This has little to do with the magnetic strength of a particular magnet.  All gauss ratings are based on just one magnet, and gives you the strength of the material that magnet is made of, under test conditions.  Gauss rating is completely unrelated to magnetic strength as it is used for magnetic therapy.  The magnetic strength of a Magnetic Mattress Pad comes from the size and spacing of the magnets not the Gauss rating.
