Baron Styles, Inc. was started in 1987 in Whitewater, Wisconsin.  The vision of the founder, David Williams, was to use his 30+ years in the mattress industry to develop product lines that are appropriate for the market, and offer profitability and diversity.

Since the first days of Baron Styles, customer care was always the foundation.  All of our employees have enjoyed an “open door” policy regarding the production and quality of our products.  They are also the key to our world class customer care.

Starting with contract quilting, Baron Styles eventually became a full service quilting, cutting, laminating

and sewing facility.  In 2007 Baron Styles moved to Milton, Wisconsin. 

With a high capacity for production we are capable of fulfilling orders quickly, yet maintain consistent quality standards.  Our high-speed quilting machines are capable of running up to 90” wide goods and we have serging, binding, and ruffling capabilities as well.  The Hot Melt Glue application systems used in making our Magnetic Mattress Pads are state-of-the-art and eco friendly.
